Hello Kitty Smash Cake

Smash cake for the 1 year old! This cake is covered in vanilla fondant. All decorations including the Hello Kitty are also fondant. 

 

 

Small Basketball Birthday Cake

This is a 6" chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling and covered in fondant. 



Ford Mustang Tire Cake

This cake was so much fun to make.  It was made for a huge fan of the 'All-American Mustle Car'.  It's a 9" vanilla cake with mixed berry filling all made from scratch. 

Halo Cake

Another video game cake.  Seems they are popular these days. ;)

Pink Purse Cake

Butter/Vanilla cake filled with swiss meringue buttercream and covered in marshmallow fondant.  Make up all made in fondant.

Two tier fondant cake with ruffles and quilt technique.



Cute summer cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream.  The flowers were made with fondant and sugar pearls.

This 8" cake is chocolate with chocolate buttercream filling and fondant done with the marble effect. 

Mother's Day Cakes

6" square fontant cakes made for a client that wanted to treat her sisters for Mother's Day with cute daisies and bows of their favorite colors.  These are vanilla rum cakes with mixed fruit filling both made from scratch.

6" Easter cake.  All decorations made with fondant.

Simple but elegant wedding cake.  Three tiers, 8",6" and 4".  Perfect for a small wedding. 



New York Yankees Cake

This cake is for my son Patrick's 12th birthday. He's the Yankees #1 fan! :)

Two tier vanilla cake with guava filling as requested by the birthday boy. :)

All decocations were hand make with fondant and gumpaste.

I'm Back!

I had an amazing week in New York with family and friends.  We had lots of fun and visited lots of cool places.  I took some time to visit bakeries and cake shops.  I went to Hoboken, NJ to Carlo's Bake Shop and while walking around Times Square, I found out they had just opened Cake Boss Cafe!  I met Mauro and Lisa from the show! They were very nice.

Made from scratch eggless condensed milk cupcakes.  Half are decorated with fondant and the other half with buttercream. 

'Call of Duty' cake

8" cake of the popular video game.  Covered in marbeled fondant.  All decorations were made in fondant. Used light brown sugar to simulate sand.



Baby Shower Cake

Two tier 9" & 6" cake covered in fondant. All decorations were made by hand with fondant and gum paste.  Serves up to 30 people.

Mardi Gras Cake

1/2 Sheet cake covered in fondant.  The mask is hand made with gum paste.  The cake is red velvet with cream cheese buttercream filling.

This size serves up to 48 people.
