Thanksgiving cake

Vanilla-Rum cake made from scratch covered in fondant.  Decorated with gum paste leaves and a fondant bow.  I applied pearl dust on the leaves for an elegant shimmer.



Fondant Ruffle Cake

Pretty fondant ruffles and gum paste flowers. 



Baseball cake

I made this one for one of my son's teammates.  I decorated it with fondant and buttercream.  The cake is vanilla and chocolate both made from scratch. The ball and bats are made of fondant.
