I'm Back!

I had an amazing week in New York with family and friends.  We had lots of fun and visited lots of cool places.  I took some time to visit bakeries and cake shops.  I went to Hoboken, NJ to Carlo's Bake Shop and while walking around Times Square, I found out they had just opened Cake Boss Cafe!  I met Mauro and Lisa from the show! They were very nice.

Made from scratch eggless condensed milk cupcakes.  Half are decorated with fondant and the other half with buttercream. 

'Call of Duty' cake

8" cake of the popular video game.  Covered in marbeled fondant.  All decorations were made in fondant. Used light brown sugar to simulate sand.
